3BRacing.com warrants that the “Triple B Racing”  and/or “3B Racing” branded standard products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for two (2) years.

3BRacing.com further warrants that the Triple B Racing products with “Duplex Finish” are free from defects in manufacturing, materials, workmanship and protection of the carbon steel part against corrosion for Five (5) years. These select and exclusive Triple B Racing products with “Duplex Finish” are clearly branded and expressed as “Duplex Finish” and/or “with Duplex Finish” in order to identify/differentiate/set them apart from the standard Triple B Racing product offerings. All other Triple B Racing parts, products and accessories that are not expressed or marked or identified as “Duplex Finish” are standard Triple B Racing Products.

The warranty period is effective on the date of purchase of the Product from 3BRacing.com or a Triple B Reseller. The dated sales or delivery receipt showing the date of purchase serves as the proof of purchase. You may be required to present the proof of purchase to avail of the warranty service. If there is no proof indicating the purchase date, the manufacture date shall be considered as the beginning of the warranty period. The Warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who obtains ownership of the Product from the original end-user purchaser. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items  and workmanship are covered by this warranty.

NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED, WRITTEN, OR IMPLIED is made on any products, parts or accessories that do not carry the “Triple B Racing” and/or “3B Racing” brand sold by 3BRacing.com.

All descriptions given by 3BRacing.com as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use.

3BRacing.com warrants the Products will be free from defect in workmanship and materials under the normal use during the warranty period as provided
above for respective Product segment. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product covered by this warranty, that proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.

3BRacing.com shall strive to repair or replace any Product returned under the warranty in a reasonable turn-around-time. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable or improved product of similar composition and price at our discretion. If you return a defective product within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. After the first 30 days from the date of purchase, you may receive a refurbished unit of similar cosmetic wear as to the returned unit, as a replacement. We do not cover the labor to install the parts. So in other words, we provide free new or rebuilt replacement parts, but not labor to install the parts. Any service of your choosing can do the installation during this period.

We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.

Except as otherwise prohibited by law, Triple B Worldwide, Inc. has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason, including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as installation labor charges, freight, loss of use or damage to vehicle or personal property, or injury to operator or third parties. Triple B Worldwide, Inc.’s liability is limited to repair and replacement of items purchased.

DUPLEX FINISH

Due to the nature of the Hot Dip Galvanization (HDG) process, surface imperfections such as excess zinc formed on the surface of the steel, high spots or pits may exist on parts with Duplex Finish. Such imperfections on Hot Dip Galvanized parts are not considered as manufacturing defects. HDG provides a number of benefits to the steel it protects. The metallurgically-bonded zinc-iron alloy layers not only create a barrier between the steel and the environment, but also cathodically protect the steel. The cathodic protection offered by zinc means the galvanized coating sacrifices itself to protect the underlying base steel from corrosion. We inspect these parts thoroughly and only the parts pass our strict quality control sent for Powder Coating. Powder Coating on Hot Dip Galvanized steel, is more than a cosmetic finish since it provides an excellent corrosion resistant coating as a second layer. That being said, it is also true that on a moving part such as a suspension linkage Powder Coating will be scraped underneath the fasteners, but the zinc layer continues protecting steel against corrosion as the main protective layer.   

UNIVERSAL PRODUCT FITMENT

A Universal Product is not specifically designed to fit or be used with any particular motorcycle, but is designed to fit many different motorcycles. This does not guarantee fitment on all makes and models.  Adapters are available (sold separately) for specific make/models and such adapters are either required or recommended for fitment of a Universal Product. Occasionally, modifications may be required to fit universal products to your motorcycle.

PRODUCT WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

End-user purchaser (”rider”, or “customer”) of the products sold by 3BRacing.com are expected to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of these parts. Triple B Worldwide, Inc.  assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or injury of any kind related to the misuse or improper application or installation of any part sold by 3BRacing.com.

Motorcycles, motor vehicles, off-road, and power sports can be dangerous. Triple B Worldwide, Inc. takes no responsibility or liability for the customer’s actions or usage of any part sold by 3BRacing.com, by its worldwide partners and/or distributors.

Except as otherwise prohibited by law, Triple B Worldwide, Inc. has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason, including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as installation labor charges, freight, loss of use or damage to vehicle or personal property, or injury to operator or third parties.

All products not manufactured by Triple B Worldwide, Inc., and/or products that do not carry the “Triple B Racing” and/or “3B Racing” brand, are sold “AS IS.” We make no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by 3BRacing.com expressed or implied.

DISCLAIMER

Installation of any aftermarket part, including the “Triple B Racing” and/or “3B Racing” parts, products and accessories may void or otherwise adversely affect any factory warranties.

Such installation and use may violate certain local, state, federal laws, rules and ordinances, as well as other laws when used on motor vehicles operated on public highways, especially in countries and/or states where pollution laws may apply. Always check federal, state, and local laws before modifying your motorcycle, off-road, power-sports, or motor vehicle. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the product for his or her use, and the user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk, and all liability, other obligations, duties and risks associated therewith.

Not all Triple B Racing products are verified to conform to the elements of the FMVSS-108 requirements or Department of Transportation compliant. Federal Department of Transportation and individual state laws make it illegal to install non-Department of Transportation compliant products which are operated on public streets and highways. Installations of non-Department of Transportation compliant products are not legal for sale or installation on vehicles that are operated on public streets and highways. All Triple B Racing products that do not comply with Department of Transportation requirements are not designed or advertised for use as stock replacement parts.

All “Triple B Racing” branded products are made, sold and intended for “Racing Use Only”! As road traffic and vehicle legislation varies around the world, it is the customer’s responsibility to comply with the local traffic rules and law. For public road / traffic use of our products please ensure that your bike meets the legislation in your country. Unless otherwise clearly noted, homologation of “Triple B Racing” products and accessories is neither expressed, nor implied. Riding or operating your motorcycle with the “Triple B Racing” branded products and/or accessories installed on your motorcycle is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.

3BRacing.com’s in-house brand names are “Triple B Racing” and “3B Racing”. The other brand names mentioned are for identification purposes only and are not necessarily endorsed or recommended by any motorcycle, off-road, or power-sports manufacturer. Not all of the parts illustrated were manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer of the brand or under their supervision or control. All product and brand names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple B Worldwide, Inc. and its affiliates, affiliated companies, co-branders, other partners, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that arise from your use or misuse of this site. 3BRacing.com reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with 3BRacing.com in asserting any available defenses.

INTERNATIONAL USE

Triple B Worldwide, Inc. makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States Of America (USA), and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Triple B Worldwide, Inc. with respect to this site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and 3BRacing.com with respect to this site. If any part of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

VARIATION OF TERMS

Triple B Worldwide, Inc. is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this website.

ASSIGNMENT

Triple B Worldwide, Inc. shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Of America (USA), without regard to its conflict of law principles. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of this site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County of the State of Wyoming, USA and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. This Agreement, and all claims or causes of action (whether in contract, tort or statute) that may be based upon, arise out of or relate to this Agreement, or the negotiation, execution or performance of this Agreement (including any claim or cause of action based upon, arising out of or related to any representation or warranty made in or in connection with this Agreement or as an inducement to enter into this Agreement), shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, including its statutes of limitations.
